Kenstar refrigerator

I purchased a Kenstar Refrigerator from M/s. Eltech Corporation, West Mambalam, Chennai-33. Now the door is not closing properly resulting in not able to use the fridge. I complained to M/s. Eltech Corporation 3 days back and they said mechanic would be visiting us. But every day passes without the mechanic turning up. My complaint no. is CN3HE0306100098.

I shall be grateful if you could immediately send the person concerned to my house preferably after 6 P.M. in the evening or before 9 A.M. in the monring.
