Wrongly deduction of balance continuosly

I had filed a complaint for wrongly deduction of balance from my phone no. 9996445065 . the balance deduction was around rs. 60. in the month of July

but the amount returned by the co. was only rs. 6.on 26 July.

i had not used any service of air tel live on this phone no. for which this amount was charged. So i request u to return my full balance which was wrongly deducted by your co.

i hope for a quick action from your side as i am tired of complaining again and again on customer care of air tel.
