Kenstart water cooler
Faulty water cooler is sold to me

Dear Sir,

I bought a Kenstar water cooler from Next Retail Mall in Bangalore on 11th April. Just wafter purchasing when I opened the back cover for the first time for cleaning we realized that the pump used for pumping the water does not work. I have lodged a complaint with the Kenstar service center 18004194040 on 15th May for which they said they will send someone to attend it within 24 hours. It is 30th May and no body has come to attend the complaint. The complaint number is BAN-1505100136. Can you please help.
