Faulty Kenstar Water Purifye

We have purchased a Kenstar Water Purifyer from Next Retail, Thane (W) on 17/10/09 & it was installed after a delay of one month. This equipment is faulty & not functioning since then. After repeated complaints to Next Retail & Kenstar, Mr Anwar from Service dept, Kenstar assured us that he would give us a replacement but till date we have not received any response. We had called up the helpline of Kenstar in the last week of Jan & we understood that our complaint was cancelled.
