Non-working of RO

I had purchased a Kent RO (Pride) 29.06.2009. The model had Sr. No. KRO90252448 and the waranty card had mentioned the name of service provider as Mr. D.K. Sahu of Bhilai (Chhattisgarh) - Mobile 9827193023.

Since last 20 days; the said RO is not working and the complaint was lodged with Mr. D.K. Sahu over mobile and to the Kent's office at Nehru Nagar; Bhilai.

But till date complaint is unattended. The response from Mr. Sahu is far from satisfactory.

I am suffering irrepairable damage because of lack of professional attitude from your Bhilai representative and willing to move to the consumer forum.

Please do the needful.
