I had been using the Kent Grand for the past year and half. Till now I had spent more than Rs.7000 other than Rs.14500 for the accessories and repairs and it has been a nightmarish experience using this product. Every time a service personnel comes in and changes a part it results in another problem. I feel they are not adequately trained on the product and they supply refurbished parts rather than original parts. It has been a disgusting experience with this Kent product. I feel like not recommending this product to anyone in future to avoid similar experience
