Poor /No after sale service

I Harendra Kumar had biught the Kent grand filter in oct. At present, it is not working. on 02 Jul 11, I registered my complaint on 0120-4669666. After putting me hold for 5 minutes, they could do great favour to pick up my call and gave me complaint no as 749385 dt 02 Jul 11 with an assurance that within 24 hours somebody will get in touch with me. Till 05 Jul 11, nobody contacted me and then I made a call on the given number again. My call was put on hold for about 10 minutes ans with no hope to be heard from their end, I put the phone down. Tillnow, I am waiting for this elite American company representative to call me up. I have heard that US companies are state-of-the-art in all respect and now I could see the state of these so called MNC company with my own disbelief.
