I puchased kent water purifier on behalf that it is a high brand product & it will work trouble free with peace of mind. but i'm sorry to say that in my view co has only aim to sale product by advertising on media and making them fool as co has no proper after sale service channel. Before making sale co should arrange product's after sale service but kent has no such pannel I am sufferiung very much & facing much much problems with this machine. I appeal people that they should not waste their money for kent . it is like Glitters & all glitters are not gold
