Kent Mineral RO Water Purifier
Non storage of water in the tank

Sir, I Vinod Raj Sharma, H.No. AC-190, Ansal's East End, Tronica City, Distt Ghaziabad (Mobile No. 9999095951) purchased a Kent RO in Dec. After three months, their mechanic visited my house for first free servicing. From that day of free service, water purifier has stopped storing the water in tank.

On my complaint, the mechanic visited again and fixed the problem. But after two days, the tank stopped storing water again.

Now the company does not respond to my complaint.

May I request you to intervene in the matter and solve the problem forever.
