Case of forgery

I along with my 20 colleagues will lodge a complaint against your company's coordinator Mr. Gulshan@9810778993 and his staff Mr. Raghav@9650948373 because both of them committed us while selling the airtel special postpaid plan for ministry of defence sim card that we will be provided with 200 MB free internet service per month but after the activation of the sim they refused to do so. when we contacted the airtel customer care for lodging a complaint in this regard they informed us that our plan does not include the facility of 200 MB free internet per month.
