Poor after sales service

I purchased my KENT RO in 2009. After 6-7 months of use it started giving problem. I called customer care number, they said they will come and repair. They didnot come and finally I have to call to Pune head office of KENT RO then they repair my KENT RO. Total time taken 7-8 days. again my system is not working and It is already 4 days and they have not come to repair it. every day they are saying they will repair it today, but it seems for them that today will never come. I have to spend almost RS 50 for all sort of calls and they I have to pay to technician to repair it. How can I get this thing right. Please advise
