I have purchased certain items including Kent W Purifier Grand RO vide invoice no SLF02A41010036536 dated 06/12 from Oberoi Mall Mumbai, The total invoice is Rs.151268.01.I have been told at the time of purchase that any of the items can be arranged to install any where. Since last one week I am trying to get it installed at my residence at Baroda (gujrat). I must have given phone calls to your toll free no for number of times, Some or the other excuses given by the persons attended my calls, I am really upset with the response and services given by CHROMA for which I had very high values. Since I have purchased the items from Chroma I request to get RO installed at Baroda immediately
