Not attending complaints

All the customer care excutive are very rude while talking to the customers . i had a problem on my kent ro and nobody attended my complaint and when i call back to the sevice centre i got a very agressive reply... pls dnt ever buy kent ro coz after one year when there warranty is over they will really irritate you...
