KENT RO GRAND
PATHETIC SERVICE IN AHMEDABAD

Dear All,

I am very sorry to say KENT service in AHMEDABAD in PATHATIC. I am Under Warranty but still since last 8 days, no one turned up. I talked to R.M. level and had alredy sent EMAILS to co. Head office. I am facing problem since the day I had purchased. Everytime I have to ring up TOP MANAGEMENT and than it is attended in atleast 10 days., MY ADVICE, NO ONE SHOULD BUY KENT IN AHMEDABAD. I was warned by EUREKA FORBES person but still i went to KENT even it is COSTLIER, but Now I am paying the price.

WHAT WILL HAPPEN AFTER WARRANTY? I think I will have to pack the system and throw it out, get it replaced by EUREKA FORBES.
