Dear Sir,
Greetings for the day. I am consumer of Kent RO system from last 6 years and once I switched to Noida from their my turmoil has started. I paid almost every month to them for service but still the product is not functioning at all. When ever you ask for complaint registration they ask that you have to pay Rs 225 as visit charges, which is pinching as consumer and making me irate. Thus need you ntervention as in this year I paid Rs 2000 for repair only.
