I purchase Kent RO Grand from VGM Enterprises Tambaram in May. The unit started giving trouble within 6 months of its installation. The Dealers service engineer visited for name shake, Changed candles but could not solve the problem. Now They are demanding money for attending to it which i know they can not. Pl help in getting the Unit replaced or Money refunded... P.K.Chauhan
