REGARDING POOR SEVICE

Dear sir,

I would like to inform you that i have purchased a KENT UV RO on 09 april '09, bill No. 1014 from M/S SAFEX INTERNATIONAL, B-29, basement, Govind Marg, near barf Khana, Adarsh Nagar, Jaipur. after almost one year i called to SAFEX INTERNATION to change sendimant carban filter (according to the company instructions) and sent a guy Mr Deepak for change sendimant carban filter and he changed on 26th june'10 but now i have got some problem in our KENT UV RO and i called to concern person he sent one guy Mr. kamal to check what is the Problem. Mr. Kamal told me that carbon filter is not working in proper way and that is lealage water from carbon filter. and mr kamal told one more thing is it is very old. i told to mr kamal and his senior person Mr, Choudhary to solev this problem becoz's it is within the gantee priod. but they told me mr. deepak left the organization and he was froad.

So i will request you kindly help me to solev this problem.
