Very Poor after sales service

Very poor maintenance service and no guarantee if the parts replaced are genuine as no receipts are given for the service by the engineer. They claim that receipts will be sent by their accounts dept which never happens even after multiple follow-ups.

They call several times even after servicing to get filters replaced, etc as they have no track of whether the servicing has been done or not.
