Kent Water Purifier
Service under warranty

I had purchased KENT water purifier from dealer on 23-5 and it is not working since 25-02.

i made many complaints to KENT as well as dealer, but no body came for repair / replace the product though it is under warranty.please suggest me what action should i take. as they are saying purchase a new kent again, we do not have service person to repair it.
