Kent Water Purifier (Kent Grand )
Complaint no 10512 dated 10 May

I have called Kent@Pune (Rehan Aqua Solution) for changing the filter and installation. The person (Mob : 07387100043) came and changed the filter and charged Rs 1850 but did not gave the bill saying it will come through courier. He did not mounted the kent (RO UV) machine on to the wall saying he has not brought the drilling tool. Later I registered a complaint (complaint no 10512 dated 10 May) for getting the filter mounted on to the wall. But even after daily calling them (Manager: Shailendra Mob09665911000), they give false commitment that it will be done but no one turns up and they keep on giving excuses only. Can anyone look into this urgently. What a customer service Kent have got?
