Feature not working in Water purifie

I have purchased Kent Grand Plus Water Purifier on 20.04.210 from Lotus Electronics, Saket, Indore.

Kent technician visited my house on 21.04.2010 and installed the same.

However, one of the feature " The purifier automatically Shuts off when the storage tank becomes full" is not working. The water is overflowing from the storage tanker when the storage becomes full and does not automatically shuts off.

When complaint is made with Kent service centre, a technician visited my house on 23.04.2010 and done some repair work. However, the problem is not resolved.

I have again made a complaint on 23.04.2010 and 24.04. but non of the technician has visited my house for the same. I have written mails to service@kent.co.in but no revert received inspite of several reminders. It seems, the mail id is just given for posting queries and for not reverting to queries.
