Khaitan pedestal fan

I had purchased a pedestal fan from M/s Attinkara Electronics Chengannur, Aleppey Dist, Kerala on 12.4.2010 and on finding increase in sound while working, it was given to the shop as it is under guarantee coverage.

The people there are less interested in sorting out the problem and finds me as a problem. They said the complaint has been rectified and when i checked it at their shop itself, the sound was still there and they tried to convince me that it is normal.

I had to shout over this and finally they agreed to look into the matter once more.

Please help.
