Performence is not well

I have purchase a khaithan fan one year back from Harsha, A electronic house. Puttur.

Within a year one day night while it was running the blade was cut down, and a huge sound came.. But motor does not affected. I contacted the person in Harsha. They told No guarantee for blades. You have to pay..

the product is dangerous for home needs. Even though the out coming air is very poor. Even if we put it in high speed, the air is very poor. The product is very poor... I complained to the company several times. They even no such intention of help..

I wanted to replace it by same company. I am not at satisfied by the product.

I have the original bill and all..

Please give suggestion How I can claim for he disturbance and herrasement by he company..
