Non return of money for faulty piece

Purchased an IFB 20 ltr microwave oven (LEPMIS) @ Rs. 4200/- from Khanna Bros. S.C.O. 5, Madhya Marg, Sector 7-C, Chandigarh (Ph: 0172-2795272 / 2795450) vide invoice no. 12242 dated 19/05.
On the spot Cash payment was made for a fully functional & complete oven.
On unpacking the produce at the site (Baddi) on 20/05, it was found that the dealer has wrongly packed an Electrolux 17 ltr oven. It was bought back to dealer myself from Baddi for replacement on same day. Dealer assured of trouble free & complete oven which he replaced.
Again on unpacking it at the site (Baddi) on 21/05, it was found that dealer has not provided the glass plate & user manual with it and that it was dirty from inside.
As per my talk with the dealer on 21/05, he declared that fresh piece was not in stock & that I will have to wait for 3-4 days for OK piece. But because my requirement was time specific, I insisted on returning it in exchange the cash I have paid. Dealer agreed to it. An audio file of this communication can be provided.
Because dealer had weekly off next day (22/05) I could not return the faulty piece back.
On approaching the dealer on phone on 23/05, he refused to return the money in exchange of the faulty piece stating that he can not reverse a cash invoice.
I have already made 3 visits to the dealer since 19th to get a fully functional piece which I required by 21st. Because the date has passed, I no longer need the oven. So please help me get my money back for which the dealer has initially agreed but declined afterwards.
