Hi! This is Arnab Dasgupta from Hyundai. Today I went to your showroom at Dumdum, Nagerbazar (3:50 p.m) to buy a Refrigerator. But after getting inside I was shocked to see that all the executives were very busy watching the EastBengal vs Dempo match and no one bothered to attend the customer. I waited for 15 min till the match gets over but Sorry to say the result was same. I felt very much insulted there and decided that Ill never go to your showroom ever but Ill share my bad experience with everyone so that they do not go there ever.

Its a suggestion to you that look into this matter seriously as now a days people have plenty of option to go for.
