I have paid money for this contest but not found creadit points

Dear sir,

I am nitin kumar from delhi, i have registered in 100bestbuy.com (a online shopping company).i have participate in a contest of apple IPhone 4s. I have paid Rs. 444 for this contest but i have not receive my credit point in my account and neither return money in my accounts, and also customer care is not picking the calls.

so i requested please help me
