Rude and inappropriate behaviou

I had been in Kings Electronics, Nerul, Navi Mumbai, showroom on 17th October to buy a IFB Fully Automatic Washing Machine. While quering about the product and other model of same company's Washing Machine, the executive attaended me was so rough in behaviour and without proper manner asked me to leave the showroom. When I approached the Manager of store to put a formal complaint against the executive, he didn't bother to listen and behave like nothing serious about his executive behavior. I was sattered about the entire episode of mishandling to the customers and behaviour towards the business. I am a Director of Multinational Reputed Company and felt very bad about the way staff of Kings Electronics behave with there customers.

You may have a excellent showroom, but if you don't care your customer, you will loose all your investment.
