Product return but no replacement or money return

I had paid Rs.199 by my credit card through 100bestbuy.com website for a lucky draw of a Samsumg LED TV almost December. After month of my payment I had received a call from that organization (a Lady) that I had been selected for Shuffle IPOD with 8 GB Memory card and a Reebok Watch at a discount rate. For that I have to pay another Rs.1064.00 to get this product which would be collected cash on delivery. I agreed her proposal and told her to send the product.
After 7 days the product was received at my home and Rs.1164 was paid in cash at that time to delivery man as it was cash on delivery.
But when I received the product I found that the IPOD was not Shuffle made and the memory card with 2 GB. Beside that, the quality of the product is so cheap that it is not usable and not up to their promise.

The product got return and they received on 07.02.2012 (I have POD) by Mr. Hussain.
After that I have mailed severaly to their email address, everytime they replied me that they were discussing the matter with their senior official. but no solid response was given. Even I talked to them over phone severaly and they reply that within two days my credit point would be credited to my account. But I have notice their is no profile in my name at 100best buy site. Probably it has been deleted.
Now, I have nothing to do as I return the product and also paid ythe money. They cheated me like anything.
Please help me to recover my money.
