We have purchased Samsung Refrigerator from Kohinoor Televideo Pvt Ltd

(Dadar East) below

Purchase Date : 05-Dec

Since we have purchased the refrigerator we are getting strange noises

from it. Noise

that comes out are like explosions. My Mom who works in the kitchen

get horrified with

the noise. Yesterday night we saw fire ball from the back side of the

refrigerator.

We have called up Samsung Customer service helpdesk around 30 times.

They had send their

engineers 7 times to inspect the refrigerator and they had agreed that

this

refrigerator needs to be replaced. After this they are not responding

if we ask when the

refrigerator would be replaced. These all things are going on since

more than 6 months.

We demand complete REFUND of our MONEY.

We have contacted Kohinoor Televieo people Azmat, Deepali and Danish.

Danish keeps on telling that we will replace replace it and nothing has happened since 6 months.
