Dear sir,

i have two split AC of your company.i registered my complained (316453) in your service center on 05/05 after that i make many call every day & response your CRE today our engineer will come your office. but till today no any engineer came our office. please take necessary action, I thought koryo will give us proper service but it was totally wrong. If you can not provide service then why you give warranty & why you have service center. It was very bad experience with koriyo.
