Korya multimate microwave oven
Complains against electronic service corporation, mangalore

Hi, my name is shameema &I have purchased a korya multi-mate microwave oven (KMC 2123) from big bazaar, mangalore and my warranty is valid till 8 april. However it has some problem and i have reported this matter to Electronic Service Corporation, Mangalore (their phone number is 0824-2496046/2494234). They came to my house on 27 jan and told me they have to order some materials to fix it and will come back after 1 week. But until now, it has been 1 month plus they have not come back or give me any call. Whenever i called they keep saying they have not received the materials yet. Come on, it is only within India, for how long it will take for a delivery? i think they purposely want to wait until my warranty expired. Please help
