Misbehave by installation team & service cente

I have purchase koryo 1.5 tone AC from big bazar Kanpur on cash payment on date 05/04, employe of big bazar told me that they will send installation team, but after payment he give me a no of service agency who provides installation services AC purchased from big bazar. At that no i request that agency to install the AC at my house but the agency employe told me that all teams are busy for two days, after that i installed AC from other source, after two days a boy from agency call me for installation then i told that AC is installed so don't come. Now on date 14/04 a phone call from koryo service center asking for 1000/- Rs. for activation of warrenty and for future services on product but my mother says it was not toid by big bazar it is just blackmailing, then the emply name Suman Gupta misbehave on phone to my mother and sister and harises asking for 1000/- Rs to avoide any inconvinence in future to use the AC.
