Delay for installation

I had purchased 0.8 ton split air conditioner of Koryo company from big bazar on 25th may'08.vide bill no. T46/ 26331, readycash. However I got it only after 2 days after many calls.i.e on 27th May, and we immediately informed bigbazar for installation, & also the A.C fitter from Koryo company on the same day. But two days now, there is no responce from the service people. they are rejecting our phone calls, I informed Big bazar that i don't need A.C if this is the way they fool people to buy products.kindly oblige to our complaint.
