Winding damaged

I bought a ceiling from Big Bazar at Hiland park.

As the ceiling fan gave trouble, I had to give the fan for servicing at E-Care, Southern Service, 6/19A, Poddar Nagar, Kolkata-700068, Ph. No. 033 65488822, 9804867696. After 15 days I got back the fan but problem was still persisting. It was again handed over to them on 07th June but I am still yet to receive my fan or any positive response from them.

It may be noted that E-Care is the authorised service agent at Kolkata for Koryo products being sold at Big Bazar.
