Leakage of tank of water heate

I had purchased 4 nos. instant water heaters model no. KWH-IN 1 from Big Bazzar, Zirakpur on 12th October. Tank of one of the water heater leaked and the service centre at Baltana, Zirakpur recommended for replacement during December. I was informed that the replacement was approved. For the last 4-5 weeks I have been contacting Big Bazzar, Zirakpur, but every time I am told that they donot have the same in stock to provide me the relacement. Every time I contact big Bazzar, they tell me that they would inform me when they will give me the replacement. Never they bothered to call me back.

What was the fun purchasing this item from Big Bazzar, I donot hope now they will give me replacement within the winter season. Whwn a customer like me who is a resident of Zirakpur and at approx. at a distance of 1 km is not getting the requiste service from Big Bazzar, what a distant customer can expect of them.
