No quality, no service for koryo tv

I purchased a koryo tv in big bazaar, with in 2 months i get two complaints, quality of that tv is very poor and there is no technical support from companry, i gave complaint no of times to customer care but no response.so i request to people don't purchase this type of products and don'tloose your valuable money.
