Faulty product and worst after sales service

I bought a KORYO 32" LED tv, there was a manufactuing defect in poduct and it's speakers didn't work from the day first, I contacted to call center but they did not provide any service and talked very rudly, disconnect the phone. It has past one month but no response from their side. I have very bad experience and strongly reccomend to not buy any KORYO products.
