Koryo microoven
Stop working within warranty period

We have purchased a koryo multimate microoven model no. KMG 2111from the Kharagpur BIGBAZAR on 19/11.It has a warranty period of 2 years. It stopped working on 12/10.we launched a telephonic complaint on 4/11 to the KORYO E-CARE All India service number. My complaint no.is 270861.Nobody attained after passing 5 days, i have dialled them again. They gave me the number of kharagpur service center which had already been closed a few months ago. Now my question is (1) Who will take the responsibility to repair the oven? (2) I have launched my complaint within warranty peiod then why should not I avail the promised service of warranty?
