Koryo Microwave (under warranty) company not repairing

Hello,

I purchased Koryo Microwave KMC2122 dated on 12-11 with 2 years warranty from Big Bazaar in Great India Place, Noida. After few months it stopped working I have been calling again and again since April. They just say some technician will visit but no1 taking care of this product. I am very disappointed.

First complaint i registered was on April 23rd. Complaint number is 394697.

Serial No. of the product is: ACKMC2122A10202036

I hope that I will get some help over here.
