Not working properly

I bought a microwave oven form big bazaar, Treasure Island Mall, MG Road, Indore.

From last 4 days microwave oven is not working and I have booked the complaint at the service station of the company 4 days ago and reminding every day about the complaint. Yet it is unsolved. After sell service very poor, irresponsible and negligent.
