I bought a KORYO microwave oven model no KMC 2122 serial no. ACKMC2122 A09K 0220 DATED23/01 from big bazaar shop of future group of kishore biyani's in Indore city 's famous mall Treasure Island. Till today it has not started working and no demo has been given even after repeated reminders to e- care phone no -18004257722-of home solutions retail India limited Mumbai. When approached to local dealer of big bazaar form where the the product was bought he told to contact the company at above phone no..when i contacted above phone the man mr. mohan and sameer told me to contact the local service center. when I contacted the local service center there no response to me on phone and the address was not available tome. in this way i exerted a lot physically as well as mentally and also wasted petrol fuel of my car while driving from one place to other many a times. Yet my problem remains unsolved.
