Koryo microwave

Sir,

I had deposited rs 2499 (wide receipt no.413 dated 25.1.2009) for koryo microwave oven. due to unavailability/overbooking of the item i was not handed over the piece on the time, but was assured of delivery later on. Due to my unavoidable transfer, i had to go out of station, and was unable to receive the item. I had informed all this to the store via telephone.

on showing my original receipt, they assured me of delivery within a week. But now they have told me to register my complaint on consumer grievance form.

I purchased this item from big bazaar branch of raja garden. Kindly look into the matter and instruct them to deliver my item as soon as possible.
