Koryo stand fan
Problem regarding its replacement

We bought a koryo stand fan from big bazaar durgapur and after few months it stopped working. we went for replacement and the salesperson told us to submit the fan and they committed us to replace it as soon as the stock is available. we asked for documents but they said there is no need of documents as it will be replaced within 2 days.we chased them after 2days but till date we havnt recieved the fan. now the saleperson dealing with this problem is not present in the store and the new person is asking for documents.
