WORST product and very poor service

Hi,

I purchased water heater model no KWHS-25 of Koryo on 06/12from Big bazar of GIP Noida.

In a month of use it got under breakdown. We lodged complain at customer care number of Koryo (ref id 379806). Till today said complain is not resolved even after our numerous follow ups at both Koryo CC number and the service center M/s Jeeves. There are several false commitment made by Mr Ajay Sharma of Jeeves but even do not bother to inform if failing to fulfil commitment.

It shows Koryo product is not good for use and after sale service is very poor. Service center is totally careless about customer complain.

After one month they are not able to resolve complain.
