2nd Free Service

Dear Sir,

I have requested for 2nd Free Service on 24.05.10 vide Service Request No 10MY2404496 but till date, service of Window AC has not been done. After several reminder, today (25.03.11) I have received call from Mr. Amir (Mobile 09415955305) for service and he has informed that now service will not be Free of Cost due to purchase of AC is more than 1 year as on date. But I have registered Service Request within 1 year so 2nd Free Service should be provided.

It may also be noted that 1st Free Service against Service Request No. 09NO240984 dated 24.11.09 was done on 22.04.10 (after 5 months) even after several reminders.

Therefore it is requested that please arrange 2nd Free Service at the earlist.
