Problem in voice clarity

Hi,

I had purchased 1661model mobile IMEI NO.357996039620628 on 22.10.09.

Two times I took it to service centre but still the same problem.

I want to know u people really know how to solve the problem or just updating softwares.

Whenever i go to service centre they say that we have updated software but we dont know what is the actual problem, but u people simply bluff, making others fools.
