After this complaint, Mr. Malik first time called me in detail telling that those people are "Khafa" (angry) with the complaint and will listen to me only after I withdraw my complaint.
Now almost more than 5 months have been passed unheard. They do not attend to these calls. The girl sitting on the reception keep on telling that they will call me, but to no use.
What documents one needs to go to consumer forum? Should I go to consumer forum? What is the procedure and how much time it takes usually for decision to come?

Faulty Product
I bought a 16GB pen camera from Healthbizindia, New Delhi via online purchase in last week of July. Since the date of delivery, I am contacting Mr. Malik & Mr. Solanki of the company regarding non functional of the delivered product. I have made atleast 50 calls to them. Now they have even blocked my mobile number. Three email have been not replied. Speed post written complaint came back as some problem was there with the address in New Delhi. SMS sent were not responded.
Every time I get only assurance by Mr. Malik/Mr. Solanki. But no action.
Kindly suggest what to do? "
