I GaneshChandra Sahoo want to know that your company is a fraud and cheating company. I ordered a 16 GB Spy Pen Video Camera on 13th of March. My order number was 222659. I received the product yesterday, on 24th of March. When I opened it I found The Product to be defective and not functioning properly. The Pen Camera's power on/off button was very loose and it slipped down as I kept it straight which makes it very difficult to switch on/off the camera. I tried to contact the NAAPTOL customer care but the call person was misbehaving me. I said That it came with 6 months warranty but he said to repair the switch at a mobile shop. He argued me in the matter of warranty. I WANT TO LET YOU KNOW THAT I WANT MY PRODUCT TO BE EXCHANGED, REPAIRED OR GIVE MY MONEY BACK.
