Poor Quality product and bad customer service

Hi Sir/Madam,

I am Madhusudanan S, from chennai. I have purchased GAS Stove from Kovai Lakshmi Grinders STALL during last Dec Dinamalar EXPO. The Gas stove was delivered on last tuesday (27th Dec). I have raised doubts about the functioning of Stove to the person who delivered, but he was in hurry and informed me it will function like that only. I immediately called Chennai centre which is in Kodambakkam and informed them the flame generated is not normal and also extra stand was not delivered. I got reply from them next day person will come n settle the issue. But till today nobody turned up and solved the issue.

I have been following up regularly and some one will pickup and say tomorrow ur issue will be solved. Till today somany tommorrow's went but no proper response from them.

Lastly 03rd Jan i contacted Mr. Baskar he also said tomorow we will replace the product. I last faith in this words, as same assurance given to me in previous week by Miss Hema, but nothing happened. Everytime i used to call and remind about the issue.

At last Baskar delivered the product 04th Jan but without stand and also same flame issue continues with this product too.

I got really fedup with this product and the people.

We, customers purchasing the product with faith in brand, but because of some poor customer service companies brand name is getting damaged. These kind of irresponsible response irritates to the core.

I would like to bring to your notice this incident and try to fix the issue without further development.

Could you please register my case and try to help in getting the issue solved.
