I recently purchased a Blackberry Bold 9000 at a discounted price from 22 Best Deals (Best Deals on Best Brands, Best Deals on Computers, Electronics, Mobile Phones, Fashion & Jewelery, Flowers & Gifts, Toys & Games) and i ordered for a Blackberry Bold in Black color and it says the same in my order confirmation mail from them also but i received a Blackberry Bold in white color and i called them and told them this and they told me to write an email and they will get back to me shortly but i did not hear from them in last 2 days and then i opened the phone found that there is a used sim in it and the phone is used and has a freezing problem also. Even the billed amount on my invoice is less than the amount i paid.

Please guide me what to do
